THE BISTRO OPENED AS AN OUTDOOR LUNCH RESTAURANT IN MAY, 2002 SERVING
SOUPS, SALADS AND SANDWICHES ON THE PORCH AND PATIO OF THE WHITE HOUSE
GALLERY. IN LESS THAN TWO YEARS, IT HAS EVOLVED INTO AN INDOOR AND OUTDOOR
BISTRO SERVING LUNCH AND DINNER. FRIDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT BRINGS
ENTERTAINMENT TO THE BISTRO.

Located
just off the dining room where the old wine bar (pictured
above), The walls are covered in pictures and cool things our
guests have sent us. Such items as a tablecloth cartoon by former Chicago
Sun-Times cartoonist, Cliff Wirth, a flag flown
over the Capitol in D.C., a t-shirt from Gary,
Indiana dedicated to “region rats” and a photo with a U.S. Congressman add
to the “décor” (real art people call this room “shabby
chique)”. e.

While Saugatuck boasts some of the greatest
river view restaurants, nothing tops the view from our porch and patio…the
bank parking lot! Enjoy Chicago
people trying to park theirs cars, Detroit people backing into Chicago
people’s cars and Indiana people just wishing
they had cars that nice.
